A Man is Suing for Not Being Accessible to the Blind

Maybe some people really DO read the articles: A man is suing "Playboy" because its websites aren't accessible to the blind. (???) Donald Nixon is legally blind, and he says he can't, quote, "fully and equally use or enjoy the facilities, products, and services," because the sites aren't compatible with his screen-reading software. Therefore, he claims, it violates the Americans with Disabilities Act. He filed a class-action lawsuit, and he wants Playboy to get with the times. He's also asking for damages. More details HERE

Mel used to have a tattoo on her ribs that said, "Stephen, till death do us part you own my heart." And she claims Stephen MADE her get it and she wanted it gone, obviously. But instead of having it lasered off . . . which takes a lot more time and is actually pretty painful . . . she had a doctor CUT IT OUT, and she keeps it in a jar on top of her wardrobe. She says, quote, "Nobody can see it, but I know it's there and it's off my body. It sounds horrific, but what I went through was so horrific. It was almost like a cleanse. I just wanted to feel fresh and new again and untouched by that person." More details HERE
