ONE WEEK OF TRAINING DOWN AT ONE LIFE! The days I don't train with Jim I continue to do ZONE 4 with Adam.. But last session with Jim we focused on interval training.


Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or "relief" periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity.


What all that basically means is its a mixture of exercises and cardio at the same time. The main point is to work multiple muscle groups and keep the heart rate up!!! For example, this is one circuit I did. 


Something fun we did was what I called the DOG LEASH haha it was resistance band training! It was fun haha you can bear crawl, run, walk, whatever you want, with resistance pulling you back, and JIM is 230lbs so that's two of me and that was kicking my ass haha 



Resistance training is any exercise that causes the muscles to contract against an external resistancewith the expectation of increases in strength, tone, mass, and/or endurance!
